Shipping & Delivery

  • Printure Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order.

Returns & Refunds

  • Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
