• Since our products are customized, production time may vary slightly depending on order volume.

Shipping Time:

• Delivery within Pakistan usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

• International orders (if applicable) may take 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Shipping Charges:

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly mentioned on our website.

Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

• If you do not receive your tracking info within a reasonable time, please contact us.

Delays:

• While we aim for timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to high order volume, public holidays, or courier issues.
