Return Policy

At Printure Apparel, we take pride in creating custom tees designed just for you! However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Defective Products: Printure Apparel offers a free reprint or refund if you report the issue within 30 days of product delivery. You need to provide a clear photo showing the issue, and there's no need to return the damaged product.  

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • As our products are customized, returns are only accepted if:

    • The product received is defective or damaged.

    • The size or design is different from what you ordered.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized items not returned due to a change of mind or personal preference.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support at Printureapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and photos clearly showing the issue.

  3. Once approved, we’ll share instructions for returning the item.

Refunds:

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Exchanges:

  • If your order arrived damaged, defective, or with the wrong size/design, we’ll happily replace it with the correct item.
